Museum of America
In our guided tour, we will see unique pieces that come from all the different cultures in the Americas.

The funds kept in the Museum of America consist of the old collections of American Archaeology and Ethnography of the National Archaeological Museum that had earlier belonged to the Museum of Natural Sciences, as well as donations, deposits and purchases of new works. Its subject matter covers a lengthy period from American Prehistory to the present America, with special emphasis on pre-Columbian archeology, ethnography and colonial art.
Museum of America opening hours:
Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday: 09:30 to 15.00h
Thursday: 09:30 to 19.00h
Sundays and holidays: from 10:00 to 15:00 h.
Closed: Mondays, 1st and 6th January, 1st May, and 24th, 25th and 31st December, and a local holiday.
